Walsall care  organisation Caring Care Limited has secured a new, larger head office, thanks to financial support from NatWest.

A loan has been used to purchase the new premises in Hatherton Court, expanding from its previous 3,000sq ft space to 5,000sq ft. The expansion will increase Caring Care’s capacity to support the elderly population in the area, generate new jobs for the region and enhance the facility for its employees.

Founded in 2008  by Pam Bains, who runs the business alongside her daughter Manny Joshi, Caring Care provides at-home care services for elderly people across the Midlands. It currently supports over 550 people and their families through its network of over 350 fully qualified care staff.

The mother and daughter duo have  40 years combined experience of working in the care sector and between them have transformed Caring Care into a leading home care provider. They have continued to build the business in the community which they hope to support for generations to come.

Founder,  Pam Bains, said: “Manny and I launched Caring Care, after working for other care providers and recognising a gap for us to offer a more personal service to the people who depend on at-home care.

“Born and bred in Walsall, it is extremely rewarding to be able to support our local community. The funding from NatWest will enable us to expand and help even more people. NatWest has been connected to Caring Care from the beginning and it’s a relationship that has strengthened over the years – we are very much a NatWest family.”

Amrit Saran, Relationship Manager at NatWest, said: “Pam and Manny are inspirational businesswomen and the high-quality service that Caring Care offers is down to the hard work that this mother and daughter team have put into  establishing and building the firm.

“Pam and Manny have successfully instilled a caring ethos within every employee at the company – this has been, and will be, crucial to the future success of the business. NatWest is proud to have supported Caring Care over several years and we’re excited  to see where this next step will take the business.”
