West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) has recently appointed The Behaviours Agency to support on the delivery of an insight-driven marketing strategy. The appointment comes following a competitive pitch process with Manchester-based marketing intermediary The GO! Network.

The creative agency, who create and build brands, strategies, and experiences around (changing) customer behaviour, will be partnering from initial strategy to delivery of the work after their strategic approach impressed at the pitch.

On the pitch process and win for TBA, Clare Hatton, Director of Employment and Skills at WMCA, said:
“The agencies included in the process were all high quality, good matches to our requirements with great skills. When it came to appointing TBA, the behavioural insight expertise was the differentiator for us – it was exactly what we were looking for.”

When asked about what won the partnership, Sue Benson, Managing Director at The Behaviours Agency, said: “Our unique behavioural approach to their challenge and thorough strategic approach. We also built a really happy relationship through the pitch process.”

Work with the partnership is already underway.
