Approximately 60 people from the construction company, Laing O’Rourke, are basing their project team in a 3,575 sq. ft fully fitted office at Alpha, benefiting from the ideal city location.

Strategic online shopping company, Redbrain, is relocating its 45-strong team from Alpha Works’ serviced offering to half a floor of Let Ready space at the building which will provide more room to grow.
