An award-winning commercial property specialist has secured two deals for Warwickshire commercial sites in double quick time.

Coventry-based Bromwich Hardy concluded the deal for the Gas Compound at Atherstone Industrial Estate at Atherstone-on-Stour on behalf of the Alston Trustees Ltd within three months of the site coming to market.

And the agency has also secured a tenant for a serviced office at Atherstone Hill Farm, which is part of the Alscot Estate, after just a matter of weeks of marketing the property.

Bromwich Hardy surveyor Caine Gilchrist said the Gas Compound site was under offer within two months and the deal had been completed within another four weeks.

The site – 0.24 acres of fully-fenced open storage with gated access – has been let to Leamington Spa-based Warwick Car breakers on a three-year lease.

Caine said: “This is an excellent site in a prime location. It is very much at the heart of the Midlands road network, with first-class transport links in all directions.

“This strategic location played a key part in our ability to conclude this deal so quickly, but it also reflects the strong commercial market which still exists in the region. We continue to see strong interest for any parcels of open storage which come to market, demonstrating the strength of demand for commercial space here.

“The 230 sq ft serviced office at Atherstone Hill Farm is another example in the current market of a high-quality office space being snapped up quickly. The location is fabulous – mixing all the advantages of a rural setting with easy access to the national road network – and the flexibility of the offer meant we had keen interest.”

Bromwich Hardy was named the best commercial agency team in the Midlands at the inaugural Midland Property and Investment Awards. The agency was also named the most active agent for Warwickshire for the ninth year running as part of the 2022 Annual EG Radius awards and won four awards from industry data experts CoStar for its work in Coventry and Warwickshire.
