Hereford-based, a software platform that supports high volume eCommerce sales, order processing and automated warehouse fulfilment, is working in collaboration with The Development Manager (TDM). Together they offer young people a chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in the growing and competitive tech sector.

Through the apprenticeship scheme, is able to invest in young people and give them the opportunity to familiarise themselves with a commercial environment whilst developing their technical skills. Since forming in 2015, has been offering apprenticeship schemes through TDM and currently has five apprentices working with them, supporting software testing, account management, website maintenance and a host of other activities.
