Smoke + Ash, the much-loved Neapolitan-style pizzeria, is set to expand into the neighbouring property at 13 Greenfield Crescent, significantly increasing its size in Edgbaston Village, part of the renowned Calthorpe Estate.

Owners Paul and Clair Collins are expanding Smoke + Ash Pizzeria in Edgbaston Village.

Since opening almost two years ago, Smoke + Ash has quickly become a firm favourite for its authentic pizzas, carefully curated wine list, and innovative seasonal cocktails. The move into the adjacent property reflects the restaurant’s growing popularity with both locals and visitors alike.

Paul Collins, owner of Smoke + Ash, shared his thoughts on the expansion: “We’ve had trouble keeping up with the demand for tables, especially at weekends. This additional space will allow us to seat more diners and introduce a lounge area where guests can stay a little longer to enjoy our cocktails and wine.”

This new space allows for more diners and a lounge area for guests to enjoy cocktails and wine.
