A Worcestershire-based property specialist is celebrating after becoming a newly qualified Chartered Legal Executive.
Jacob King, a residential property expert at county law firm mfg Solicitors, has achieved the qualification after six years studying alongside his day job.
The qualification means that 28 year-old Jacob, who is based at the firm’s Worcester office on The Tything, can now run his own caseload covering property sales, purchases and the transfer of deeds. His qualification allows the firm’s respected Residential Property department to expand further across the city and the wider region.
Jacob King said: “Achieving my qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive is a huge milestone in my career and allows me to take on more work and also bring more clients into the department.
“Learning whilst working is never an easy thing to do but it was the best route for me. It takes time but now I’m qualified I am absolutely delighted.”
