NG Chartered Surveyors is celebrating after its sister company, NG Block Management, was shortlisted in the prestigious Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards.
In an extremely strong field, NG Block Management has been shortlisted in the Residential Property Management Agent of the Year category and will go forward to a gala ceremony on 6 June at Eastside Rooms, Birmingham, where the winners will be announced.
The awards evening will showcase the best projects and developers over the past 12 months. These awards, now in their ninth year, celebrate the big successes, the major players and the key personalities in the Residential Property sector across the Midlands.
James McArthur, Director at NG Chartered Surveyors who heads up the Block Management team, said: “I’m really pleased to have been shortlisted; it is testament to how far we have travelled in a relatively short period of time. NG’s Residential Block Management removes the stress of self-management. The team liaises with utility suppliers, arranges and supervises building repairs and maintenance, prepares Safety Reports and supervises the payment of property ground rents as well as the administration of what can sometimes be complicated service charges.
