Rapyd, a global Fintech-as-a-Service company, has landed in the UK and is marking its launch with a series of eight new art installations across the country.
Each installation will respond to the simple question: ‘What is financial freedom?’, inviting Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) in eight regional UK cities to engage with the possibilities of scaling their business.
Coventry’s mural has appeared at Assembly Festival Garden, greeting the thousands of people visiting the nearby theatre venues and restaurants . The mural is the work of local street artist Michael Batchelor, aka Dynamick, and is a visual representation of the concept of ‘financial freedom’. Rapyd gives any business the power to make and accept payments locally and internationally, supporting more than 900 payments in over 100 countries and global payouts in over 200 countries, all while helping businesses on their journey to financial freedom. SMBs can check out how much they can save on payment transactions with Rapyd’s SMB calculator.
The mural can be found at Assembly Festival Gardens, Little Park St, CV12LU.
The artist, Dynamick, has become synonymous for his use of hands to represent different emotions. Using blue, the colour of Coventry, the mural visualises the diverse range of people and businesses in Coventry and shows a range of past and present trades in the city, from clothing trade, cloth production and dyeing, to engineering.
He has chosen to represent a tailor, an architect, a coffee shop, a cook, an art gallery and a mechanic to represent the surrounding businesses in the area.
