Businesses hoping to make Northamptonshire’s Vulcan Works their home need to move fast – as there are just 10 midsize offices remaining.

The purpose-built serviced workspace, which is based in the town’s Cultural Quarter, is made up of two buildings – the main Vulcan Works on Guildhall Road and the four-storey St John’s Building on Fetter Street.

Local businesses have already filled the Guildhall Road base and there are limited available workspaces left at St John’s – three on the first floor and seven on the top floor.

The remaining spaces are all around 360 square feet in size, which comfortably fits six to seven desks. The St John’s Building houses 32 offices in total.

Vulcan Works offers support to businesses through lettable office space, topical events, workshops, and meeting rooms.

The St John’s Building offers shared facilities including a breakout area, kitchen and toilets on each floor and lift. Customers can also benefit from the same business support as those based in the main Vulcan Works building – coaching from an on-site business growth manager, access to events and use of the co-working space, showers and state-of-the-art meeting rooms.

Centre manager Garrick Hurter said: “These remaining offices are the perfect size for ambitious start-ups, or established small business who want a little room to grow. They have space for six or seven desks and a whole host of useful business support facilities on hand too.

“We are proud of our innovative, inclusive environment and our hub is now bustling with other thriving local businesses, giving you a ready-made community of new contacts, plus events, networking and collaborative opportunities all in the same building.”
