Top 10 UK homebuilder Keepmoat has announced the appointment of Hannah Deverell as Senior Land & Partnerships Manager to the West Midlands region.
Hannah will work within the region’s Land & Partnerships team to ensure Keepmoat reaches its targets, expands its land pipeline and drives investment in local communities across the West Midlands. Hannah’s role will see her form and maintain partnerships with land agents, local authorities and housing providers.

Hannah brings over a decade of experience in the industry. Her previous roles include Land and Planning Manager at Richborough Estates, Land Manager at Redrow Homes, Midlands Branch Chair at Association of Women in Property and most recently Senior Land Manager at Ilke Homes.
Keepmoat West Midlands operates from Walsall to Bristol and is currently developing nine sites that will deliver mixed tenure housing stock to provide new build homes that are inclusive and available to all.
