IT entrepreneur Steve Souch is officially celebrating a decade in business on August 29th.

Experienced Irthlingborough tech entrepreneur Steve Souch is celebrating ten years in business this August, having spent his entire sixteen year career working in the high-speed world of IT tech in the local area.

Steve’s latest venture 3RS IT Solutions – started at the beginning of this year – is growing quickly and in addition to his business partner and wife Leila, now boasts five employees with recruitment for more currently under way.

“We’re a rapidly growing team, but we’re always looking to be at the forefront of the latest technology and service offerings,” Says Steve.

Initially Steve began his career as a 17 year old apprentice, “I’d always loved taking things apart and seeing how they worked, so a career in this sector always made sense to me,” Comments Steve, “I eventually worked my way up from apprentice to Operations Manager, before deciding to take the plunge and start my own business at the age of 25.”

Despite being relatively young, Steve worked tirelessly to grow his business and just three years later he was able to add a board of directors to help guide the upward trajectory of the company.
Steve ran the company with great success, before deciding it was time for a change of direction in his career.

“Steve has always been incredibly ambitious,” says Leila Souch, Steve’s wife and business partner, “when he decided to start the new venture at the beginning of 2023, he threw himself into it wholeheartedly and we’ve been enjoying great success so far due to this hard work and perseverance that his example has instilled into the entire team.”

When asked what the future holds, Steve says, “we’re going from strength to strength at the moment, and we’re currently working on some new service offerings, which we’re super excited to announce in the near future.”

“I’ve enjoyed every minute of this journey so far, although it’s been very tough at times.” Says Steve. “Getting to this point wouldn’t have been possible without hard work and long hours, but seeing the results at the end of it makes it all worthwhile.”

“I enjoy helping people and although I can’t change the world, I can help make it a better place for my three boys, it’s onwards and upwards from here.” Concludes Steve.
