“Our celebration events present fantastic opportunities for members of our community to come together to celebrate the success of organisations in our community, share best practice and learn from experts in the field of people development.
“I am looking forward to shining a spotlight on the brilliant work that is currently taking place in Central England across all sectors, and as we continue to engage with customers and stakeholders alike, I have no doubt that this part of the UK, its businesses and its employers will continue to lead the way in high performance.”
With Investors in People Platinum accreditation the highest accolade that can be achieved, currently held by only 6% of accredited organisations globally, it is also credit to the current thriving business scene in the aforementioned region, that three organisations have recently been awarded the Platinum standard.
These Platinum accredited organisations are Locate Bio Ltd (Nottingham), Park Air Systems (Peterborough) and Revivel UK Ltd.
Investors in People Platinum accreditation recognises exceptional people management and is the highest accolade that can be achieved against the Investors in People Standard. Platinum is only awarded to organisations that have demonstrated the very highest levels of people management practice aligned to strategy, ethos and values.
