International, independent real estate consultancy Hollis is delighted to announce Birmingham-based surveyor Oliver Ansell has qualified as a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) after passing his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

Ansell joined Hollis as a building surveyor in 2019 after achieving a BSc in Building Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University. He specialises in dilapidations and project management and has further experience in measured surveys, contract administration and condition surveys.

Ansell is one of six UK-based surveyors across Hollis who have achieved MRICS status this year, validating their professional credibility to the firm’s clients and colleagues alike.
Commenting on the news, Simon Goodrick, Director and Head of Hollis in Birmingham, said: “As a company we support and encourage our employees in developing their professional skills and qualifications. We have a proven track record in helping our surveyors qualify and progress their careers and it’s fantastic to see so many of our surveyors achieve MRICS status this year. We are extremely proud of Oliver’s efforts and look forward to celebrating his success.”
