Get in the Christmas spirit with annual singalong and Festive Feast events at the Malt Cross, Nottingham

The annual Christmas singalong at the iconic Malt Cross venue in the heart of Nottingham is back for 2022, with three dates of festivities announced.
On 12, 13 and 14 December, the historic Victorian music hall, the Malt Cross, will open its doors for a Christmas carol singalong, starting at 7pm with entry granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
With an optional donation of £2 on the door, donations will go directly to supporting residents at YMCA Robin Hood Group’s Nottinghamshire accommodation, helping to fund their Christmas Day dinners.
Drinks will be available to purchase from the fully licensed bar throughout the evening and mince pies and mulled wine will be served to extend the Christmas cheer. Guests are encouraged to wear Christmas jumpers and their best seasonal accessories.
Those looking for further Christmas celebrations can enjoy the Festive Feast event before the carol concert, where the YMCA chefs will prepare a three course seasonal meal for just £25 a head.
Bookings for the Festive Feast must be made in advance via the website, and all ticket holders will get automatic entry into the singalong immediately after the meal on their chosen day.
Complimentary mulled wine for anyone attending the Festive Feast will be served from 5pm, with dinner served at 5:30pm and carols starting from 7pm.
The festive menu features turkey with all the trimmings as well as vegan options, while desserts include sticky fig pudding or a classic Christmas pudding. The full menu is available on the Malt Cross website and a member of staff will be in touch to request pre-orders once tickets are purchased.
