Birmingham-based consultancy That Recruitment Company (TRC) celebrates record growth with a brand refresh and strengthens its commitment to building more inclusive workforces across the Netherlands.

Established in 2013, the technical recruitment agency specialises in helping businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to multinational organisations build high-performing teams across Amsterdam.

Founder Chris Stringer said: “There’s a real buzz in the business right now. We’re on target to have a record year, our team is continuing to grow and develop, and we’re working alongside some of the largest and most innovative companies in Europe.”

“We’ve achieved record revenue and have been able to celebrate personal wins amongst the team too. Sam Holloway, the first person to join the business, recently celebrated hitting £2 million in billings for the company, which is just incredible.”

“We’ve also been working on a brand refresh including a new website to showcase our work, and we’ve had several internal promotions as we build the right structure for continued growth. I really couldn’t ask for anything more.”

Stringer recently featured in a BBC News article after giving employees a 5% pay increase to combat the rising cost of living in the UK.

He continued: “It’s important to remember that while we may be flying high against our targets, there are other pressing issues in our industry where we can hopefully make a difference. Whether it’s championing for better or equal pay, or helping employers understand how they can make their businesses and hiring strategies more inclusive, we want to be part of the solution.

“It’s something I’m vocal about personally and has always been a part of our brand. We’re proud to have a really diverse team at TRC in terms of gender, ethnic and religious background, and life experience, so I feel it’s our duty as recruiters to educate our partners on the benefits of D&I.”

“We’ve become known as one of the best recruitment consultancies in Amsterdam, which have been difficult markets for British companies to break into. We hope to continue serving our clients as best we can, and diversity and inclusion is a big part of that.”

For the last few years, TRC has published annual salary reports, mental health guides and diversity and inclusion papers using real data from their network. To view any of these or to check out their new website head to
