A team of mentors helping drive up profitability and success across the lettings industry has been recognised at a prestigious awards ceremony.
The ESTAS Customer Service Awards, now in their 19th year, saw Agent Rainmaker crowned winners of the Best Training Provider category, during a glitzy London ceremony hosted by TV’s Phil Spencer.
All winners are chosen based on 200,000 customer review ratings left by property companies on The ESTAS online platform.
Agent Rainmaker was set up by lettings specialist Sally Lawson six years ago to help bring the letting agent community together and boost profitability across the industry. They offer a wealth of resources, events and training to support agents to reach their potential and achieve their goals, with some adding £100,000s to their business within months of beginning to work with the Agent team.
Speaking after the award win, Sally said: “This is especially meaningful to us because it’s voted for by the agents themselves, based on how they rated the service received from suppliers they use.
