Embello, the leading printing and merchandise company based in Tamworth, has welcomed two new faces to its growing team.

Kirsty Sibley (33) has been recruited as an account executive. Kirsty, who lives in Tamworth with her French bulldog Reggie, has previously worked within telesales/sales and was with one national catering equipment company for six years.

“I was selling anything from a teaspoon to a walk-in coldroom,” said Kirsty.

During the Covid pandemic, and like many others, Kirsty was made redundant and was unemployed for five months. Then she saw the opportunity of working with the Embello team. She said that she really loves waking up each day and realising that she will be going to a workplace that she loves.

“The atmosphere in the building is great and being back at work has made me the happiest I have ever been,” she said. “I love the challenges I get when converting clients and I can’t thank Kyle enough for believing in me.”

Founder and MD of Embello, Kyle Raffo is no stranger to challenges as he set up Embello when he was just 16 years old and, today, the company works with brands including Twitter, Team GB, Morrisons, Spotify and Dominos.

Although new to Embello, Kirsty already has big ideas. She would like to see Embello reach one million customers by 2025 and intends to facilitate that by providing a good customer experience that will make them want to return with repeat business and recommend Embello to others.

The second new member of the team is Louis Hale (22), who currently lives with his parents in Sutton Coldfield, the town where he has lived all his life and where he also went to school at The Arthur Terry School.

After leaving school, Louis undertook a graphic design apprenticeship and worked at a marketing agency.

“I love working at Embello,” said Louis. “Kyle, Kirsty and I love to have a monthly sales competition, which pushes me to my limits and keeps us all on our toes making us more motivated.”

Kyle agreed: “The team is motivational and we are all equally dedicated to being the UK’s number one printing, promotional merchandise and branded wear specialist.”

Embello provides in-house printing, embroidery and engraving alongside a range of digital solutions for all creative requirements for individuals looking for personalized gifts, through to teams and community groups needing assistance with promotional t-shirts, and also to businesses requiring a professional one-to-one solution.
